Scovell Wolfe and Associates, Inc. is a full service residential remodeling company.

Organized in 1989 by Jim Scovell and John Wolfe the company began as speculative remodelers, buying homes in the Mission Hills and Sunset Hills areas of Kansas City which were in serious need of updating and repair.

After successfully restoring more than nine unique homes they could no longer resist the constant requests by the public to remodel their own homes, so in 1994 the company began remodeling homes of others.

Since that time we have gone on to remodel more than 300 individual homes on projects worth in excess of $30 million dollars. Today our company is organized in such a way that we are capable of conducting many projects simultaneously while still paying close attention to the details of each particular project.

In 1999 we purchased and then completely restored a commercial building on the corner of 81st Street and Ward Parkway Plaza in the heart of Kansas City that had been vacated and severely run down.

Upon the completion of this renovation we relocated from Jim's basement to our new facilities, thus enabling us to reach the majority of our client's homes and projects within 5 to 10 minutes. Our building contains almost 5,000 square feet of grade level office space and sits on top of a "walkout" basement.

Scovell Wolfe only occupies a little over 2,000 square feet and leases the rest to unrelated tenants thus allowing us to grow economically while adding little to our overhead.

We currently staff 6 people in the office and have approximately 14 field personnel standing at the ready to service all your needs. All members of our staff bring a unique and high level of expertise in the remodeling industry. Our approved list of subcontractors is considered by us and many others to be of the best in town.
