Senior Production Manager
Jason is our newest member of the Scovell/Wolfe management team and serves in the capacity of Senior Production Manager. Jason brings more than 15 years of residential construction experience to the staff and is capable of both the management of a project as well as working in a “hands-on” position.
He has experience in all facets of residential construction including framing, excavation & foundation work, electrical, plumbing and tile installation. He first got interested in construction in High School while enrolled in several carpentry classes. It just came so natural to him that even back then he had decided that residential construction was what he wanted to for a living.
Jason has experience in large scale remodeling projects having been the owner of his own construction company for more than 15 years. He was the Gold Award winner of the Home of the Year in 2003 by the Kansas City Homes and Garden magazine.
During the period when he owned his own company he would produce between 12 to 18 projects of various sizes and complexities a year. During that period he would not only be the first person you would meet but also the individual who would estimate the cost of the job and then oversee its actual production.
In the early stages of his career he would also be the one working on the job as a carpenter or if the need occurred, he would perform the rough plumbing. He is the sort of individual who stays involved from start to finish. Very little gets by him as his expectations are extremely high and his attention to detail is unsurpassed by few.
Jason and his wife, Tara, have been married for over 15 years and have three children; two daughters and one son. When not at work Jason enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing with his family. He is also an avid fan of the Kansas City Royals and spent his youth playing baseball whenever he could.
