Senior Production Manager
Pat joined Scovell/Wolfe & Associates in 1999 as a senior "Lead Carpenter" with the responsibilities of overseeing the progress of specific projects for which he was assigned.
He is a highly skilled carpenter with experience in all facets of residential remodeling with 24 years experience in the industry, including his own company for more than five years in the mid 1980's.
Within the first year at Scovell/Wolfe, Pat had proven himself worthy of a promotion to "Senior Production Manager".
He now serves as one of three production managers and until this last year when Scovell Wolfe expanded to include a sales department, he estimated his own projects. His responsibilities now focus on overseeing and managing multiple remodeling projects ranging in variety from small bathroom remodels to whole house renovations and room additions.
Pat is also considered Scovell Wolfe's "High-Rise" remodeling expert, as he has personally overseen several remodeling jobs in the Country Club plaza area high rise buildings. In the Alameda Towers condominium building (one of Kansas City's premier high rises) Pat's hard work resulted in the company being recognized as the Kansas City Homes and Gardens, 2003 "Gold Award" winner for a "Whole H ouse" remodel.
In 2006, Pat was the production manager of a Mission Hills, KS whole house remodel which earned the company a 1st Place award for a "Whole House Remodel" in the NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) Contractor of the Year (CotY) con test for the North Central Region of the United States. This project is under consideration for the 1st Place national Award, which will be announced in March 2007 at the Austin, Texas awards banquet.
He holds the company's license certification for Kansas City, Missouri and in 2006, he earned the status of Certified Remodeler, sponsored by NARI.
On a personal side Pat has been heavily involved with the Boy Scouts of America for more than 10 years (his son now an Eagle Scout). He regularly participates in "Christmas in October", contributes free time to Habitat for Humanity and serves on a number of committees at his parish.
He is the father of four children - his son now working at Scovell Wolfe as an apprentice carpenter. He happily announces that he and his darling wife, Gibrette, are now celebrating 25 years of marriage - all spent here in Kansas City.
