Dear Pat,

Hi Jim,
The living room looks so good. Noal and the entire staff have been great to work with. We appreciated how courteous all the workers were---they were so easy to have around.
Everyone who comes in asks if we had the floors redone. I say no but that you guys did a great job protecting them. You'll have to stop by once all our furniture is back in place. Talk to you soon.
